SHIPPING: Orders over NZ$50.00 are shipped free of charge within New Zealand. Orders under NZ$50.00 are shipped at a flat rate of NZ$6.00. Free shipping does not apply to individual items over 2kg, (as stated under the item description), International orders, which are charged at the rate charged to us by our freight supplier or to Special Order items purchased outside the website shopping cart.
RETURNS: We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item is resaleable condition and still in original packaging, along with an explanation and we will glady replace the item or refund your money. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by us. We are not liable for the shipping cost of returned items. Should the product be faulty, we shall meet our obligations under the Consumer Gurantees Act.
