About Caz Dezign Scrapbooking Hi, my name is Carrie Kemp and I am the owner of Caz Dezign Scrapbooking. Caz Dezign was formed in 1995, initially as a Ceramic and Craft studio. By 2001, many of our customers had discovered Scrapbooking and asked us to source supplies from overseas. At this time, there was very little available in New Zealand. We made some enquiries and started importing Scrapbooking Supplies and Caz Dezign Scrapbooking was born. Word of mouth meant our orders were getting larger each time and so we made some changes to the studio so people could come and shop* with us. Shortly thereafter, the website was developed (and redeveloped again in 2008). We have seen the industry grow in New Zealand, with many dedicated scrapbooking shops open up. Sadly, for various reasons, not all have survived, but we continue to operate just as we started, dedicated to providing great supplies at competitive prices. To help keep our overheads and therefore prices low, we have remained an Internet and home based business, rather than moving to store setup and currently accept payment in cash, cheque and direct credit to our bank account.
