We ship inside New Zealand only, using the standard NZ Post economy mail system. All orders are shipped either in tracked NZ Post economy prepaid bags or brown paper parcels, once payment in full (including delivery fee) is received. We are located in a rural area and we utilise a rural mail service, so parcels are picked up around 7am Monday to Friday only. Any orders that cannot make the Friday morning pick up will go out for collection the following Monday morning.
Our system will generally choose the correct sized parcel based on dimensions of the products included in your order, with the exception of heavy parcels over 3kg going to the South Island. These will need to be calculated separately.
Flat Rate Standard Parcel - (excludes 12x12 or Bulky items) - $8 nationwide
12x12 or Bulky Parcels North Island Urban - $12.90
12x12 or Bulky Parcels - South Island Urban - $14.20 - Economy or $16.20 Courier (up to 3kg)
For South Island Parcels over 3kg in weight, a separate calculation will need to be made. If order has already been submitted, we will contact you with any difference is shipping costs payable before parcel can be sent.
For rural addresses, please note a $6.00 rural delivery surcharge will apply. Please ensure you include the RD number if you have a rural address, so that the correct postage can be applied. We will not be responsible for additional charges, or returned parcels due to short postage if you have not supplied a full rural address.
For small urban parcel orders over $120, the $8 Flat Rate - will be waived.
For orders over $120 being shipped to rural areas or the South Island (3kg maximum) and for any 12x12-Bulky Parcels, the shipping will be discounted by $8 and the difference shall remain payable.
